Rodney is an experienced contract miner, supervisor and project manager with over 35 years of solid, hands-on diversified project experience working at underground mining operations throughout Canada, USA and overseas. Knowledgeable in grouting techniques and applications, he has a strong background working on rock grouting, soil stabilization and water cut-off for mining and heavy civil projects.
Rodney also provides technical guidance and training to contractor personnel on proper application and best practices in consolidation grouting and water control applications at mine sites.
He is a skilled grouting supervisor committed to maintaining high safety standards and satisfying our customer’s requirements.

Performed consolidation grouting for a mining company in Northern Ontario to assist with the installation of a 300 m long cement grout curtain, to consolidate fractured rock beneath a new tailings dam.
Engaged on a tunnel decommissioning project involving multiple stages of drilling and cement grouting work from the surface, to improve ground conditions prior to miners entering the tunnel for subsequent stages of decommissioning.
