Grant has over 19 years of experience as a grouting specialist and senior project manager. He started as a field technician and has become a key member of the grouting team as senior project manager developing solutions for many of our most challenging projects. In his leadership role, he continually demonstrates his managerial capabilities in the design and implementation of specialty grouting techniques for a variety of applications.
His understanding and experience of the grouting process have given him a strong foundation to provide cost-effective solutions, while ensuring quality performance and customer requirements are met safely and efficiently.

Engaged in a chemical grout application based on polyurethane resin injection, as the appropriate water cut-off solution for a sampling well that intersected a high volume artesian water flow.
Engaged on a cement grouting operation for a mining contractor, providing cement grouting services to control water inflows in a high-pressure concrete bulkhead.
Assisted a drilling contractor by providing technical expertise, grouting equipment and materials to complete a drill hole abandonment operation at a gold mine in Central Ontario.
Provided technical leadership to perform chemical pressure grouting in a major culvert repair project requiring crack sealing in more than 600 linear meters under Highway 174.
Implemented a specialized leak sealing solution and customized grouting equipment to repair leaks in a large diameter sewer pipe for a municipal sewer rehabilitation project.
A building restoration contractor experienced water leakage into the mechanical room. Polyurethane resin was injected to fill the holes, forming a semi-rigid foam barrier and preventing further water leakage.
Provided technical services to implement a soil stabilization program when loose sands were encountered during a directional drilling project beneath an active airport apron.
